917-1 Can you tell me the distance from the center of the receiver to the center of the other receiver down bar number 13?

I spoke with my contact at Roadmaster and he said the distance between the two receivers of the main brace from the outside edge to the outside edge of the receivers is 28-3/4".
I have made a diagram of the dimensions of the main brace and distance between the receivers for your reference.
