Hey Steven! Yes, you can use the B&W Patriot with the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Ford F250 and F350 # C16443-104. These are industry standard rails (ISR) and the Patriot # BWRVK3255 (fixed) and # BWRVK3270 (slider) are designed to fit ISR setups. If you don't have a connection in your truck bed you may want to add the Mighty Cord 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring # A10-7007 as well.
