Question:

I was wondering if you had the 5th wheel mounting rails for a 1998 gmc sierra k3500 Crew cab 4x4 short bed. Just need the rails. I have a hitch from the last truck.

We sure do Tyler. To add a set of 5th wheel rails to your 1998 GMC Sierra k3500 you'll need the following parts:

Universal Base Rails for Industry Standard 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches item # DM6071

Universal Mounting Brackets for Above Bed Base Rails item # DM8552009

I know you said you just need the Base Rails item # DM6071. If you don't already have the bracket kit that bolts to your Sierra's frame that the rails attach to you'll also need item # DM8552009. These will install by drilling into your Sierra's frame. I checked with all of our vendors and no one makes a custom fit kit for your truck.

What model 5th wheel hitch do you have? I want to confirm yours fits industry stand rails like item # DM6071.
