Hello, I have a 2003 VW Jetta TDI wagon with stock exhaust. What hitch would you recommend for my car. Thanks.

I'd recommend the Hidden Hitch Class I Hitch, part # 60984. This hitch is compatible with TDI models. I have linked you to the installation instructions, as well as to an install video that you might find helpful.
If you'll be using the hitch for light duty towing, I'd recommend the following items:
Trailer wiring harness, part # C59496
1-7/8 inch trailer ball, part # 19256
2 inch trailer ball, part # 19258
The ball mount and pin & clip are included with the hitch.
The Draw-Tite # 24748 you mentioned is compatible with the Jetta sedan, but not the wagon model like you have.
