Question:
I am in search of a propane hose with a 1/4inch X 1/4inch male quick connect at both ends. This is used to go from my rv 1/4inch female to 1/4inch female Firman generator quick connect WH03742. 12 feet in length. Help!

Hi Kirby, I completely get what you’re trying to do and why you want a clean plug in setup without messing around with adapters.
The key thing to know with that Firman part # FIR54FR (WH03742) generator is that it’s designed to be used with the included propane hose and regulator, and Firman specifically recommends sticking with that setup since it’s built with the correct regulation and internal components for safe operation. Running it directly off an RV quick connect with a custom hose, even if the fittings match, can bypass that regulator and lead to improper pressure or performance issues, which is why they advise against swapping it out.
On top of that, a 1/4 inch male quick connect on both ends is not a common hose configuration, and it’s not something we carry, mainly because most systems are designed with one male and one female end or include a regulator inline for safety.
I know that’s probably not the simple plug and play answer you were hoping for, but it’s the safest way to run that generator without risking leaks or damage.
