Hey Scott, here’s the breakdown of a few popular fill-rite fuel transfer pump models:
• # FR35XQ 12V DC – 20 GPM
• # FR75XQ 115V AC – 15 GPM
• # FR43XQ 115/230V AC – 35 GPM
The 35 gallons per minute model is built for larger tanks and higher-volume fueling. It also includes the built-in meter, which the other two do not.
If you’re fueling multiple vehicles or larger 100+ gallon tanks, the 35 GPM model significantly cuts down transfer time. I see this being useful with trucking companies or big commercial farms. Otherwise the other two will suffice for typical farm or business use.
How large are the tanks you’re filling most often? What type of equipment are you running?

Hey Andrew, I see one of them is 12v DC. Is that correct? I can wire it to my trailer battery that has a fuel tank mounted on it?
