Hey Robert, welcome back! Since your Thule TracRac SR # TH43003XT-010EX mounts on top of the bed rails you need a tonneau cover that mounts inside the bed rails. I'm not sure what kind of tonneau cover you want so I'll list some options for different styles. You can choose from the following:

-Pace Edwards Switchblade Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover # 311-SWF7084

-BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover - Folding # BAK48311

-BAK Revolver X4s Hard Tonneau Cover - Roll Up # BAK87ZR

-Access Vanish Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover # 834532008461

It is also worth mentioning that you will have to slide the rack around if you decide on a folding tonneau cover. The uprights angle in so it probably won't clear them when folding without moving them forward/back to get out of the way.
