Question:
Hi, Bought a come-up winch from you 5 yrs ago. Still working, although pay-out braking doesn’t work too well. Want to buy another as a spare. What’s the latest and fastest model? Wrote to Chris Rosenthal last week but never got a reply.

Hey Ed, welcome back! I looked into your order notes and back in 2021 you ordered the ComeUp Slim Off-Road Winch part # CU295051 with the replacement remote part # CU881102 as well. In this weight range I would say this is still the latest and fastest model we carry as well as other places. The speed is:
Line speed (1st layer):
48.6 fpm / 14.8 mpm 60 A at 12V no load
7.2 fpm / 2.2 mpm 380 A at 12V full load
How do you like it overall?
And I will be sure to give Chris a hard time for not writing you back when I see him tomorrow!

Hi, Jameson Thanks. Do you offer the CU295051 WITHOUT the remote control (cheaper, I’d hope)? That way I could re-use my existing remote set-up without having to pay for a new one. Thanks Ed Mier
