Hey John, for your 2026 Kia Sportage the best all-around hitch would be the Curt part # C94WR as it has great towing capacities, is well-made, and is mostly hidden.
Now the best of the best hitch for your vehicle would instead be the EcoHitch part # EH82KR because it has a removable lower hitch opening so that you can have a totally invisible look when not in use. Because of that it does cost a bit more.
For trailer wiring you'd then want the Curt kit part # C59236 which I attached an install video link to down below on a similar 2025 Sportage.
