Question:
I have a 2023 Coach House RV model XL221-FSD. The chassis is a Ford E450 with dually drive tires. The tire size is LT225/75/R16. The gross vehicle weight is 14,500 pounds. What tire chains do you recommend?

Hey, Kirk!
Some of the best chains you can get for your tire size for a dual tire set up is going to be the Pewag Dually Tire Chains part # PWE4219S. They have grooved square links so will have the most traction you can get. you would also want to get some adjustors, part # PW105. These chains would be best ideal for most wintery situations.
If you are going to be running into more ice then you will want to go with the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains part # TC4219CAM. These will run smoother than the square link Pewag chains but would be more ideal for icy conditions then snow. They will still work, but you will get more grip when hitting ice.
These do have cams built into them so you don't have to use the adjustors. However, I do recommend using them as sometimes the cams can slip out. Using part # PW105 will create a safety net so to say to make it extra secure.
Are you going to be traveling thru some passes or an area where you need the chains?
