Hello Mark,
Great question, and it was a little more difficult to the find the exact years than I anticipated.
The Classic Accessories ProTop4 RV Cover for Travel Trailers up to 35' Long – Gray # CA75DY carries a 4-year limited warranty. This warranty covers product failures due to workmanship or materials, including (but not limited to) tears at the seams, detached or broken straps, broken buckles, and zipper failures.
Here is the information I found on their site on what it does not cover: The warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, fabric fading, mold or mildew, weather degradation, damage from high winds or extreme weather, acts of nature, environmental staining or pollution, damage from sharp objects or protrusions (such as ladders, antennas, gutters, grills, furniture, or equipment), pooling water, animals or insects, shipping damage, improper opening, installation, handling, maintenance, or storage, alterations, misuse, abuse, vandalism, neglect, accidents, or exposure to petroleum products or caustic chemicals.
