It sure will Bryan. The Aries TrailCrusher 1 Piece Rear Bumper for Jeep item # AA2157002 has a built in cutout that accommodates the factory hitch on your 2025 Jeep Wrangler JL. I attached a picture below that shows this bumper installed.
