How to Get Replacement Parts for Thule Bike Racks Sold Through Volvo

Question:

I need a set of Handle, barrel nut and T-bolt to replace a missing set in a Thule roof bike carrier Volvo brand, but is a Thule. I am pretty sure the handle is part no. 853-6508-02, and I assume the compatible barrel nut would be 853-0446-06, but I cant find the suitable T-bolt. T-bolt no. 853-208909 seems to be almost perfect head dimension of 20x20 mm and right thread for the barrel nut, only a bit short: the ones I have today measure about 1.5 in 36mm end-to-end. I cant find a similar part in your website, and I am thinking of getting the shorter 853-208909, but wanted to make sure if you have a longer one? Also, can you please confirm that these three parts work fine together? I am attaching photo of the ones I have now they go on the other side of the rack for reference. Thanks!

I just got off the phone with my contact at Thule and she said that the Thule racks sold through Volvo actually come from Thule Europe which is a separate company from Thule North America and they do not have any confirmed replacement parts for those racks. She said that if you contact Volvo North America they will be able to set you up with replacement parts, if you go to a Volvo dealership they most likely won't know what you are talking about though.
