I have 1995 ford econoline extended van . Do you manufacture 11 ft roof container, that can fit 10 ft surfboard ?

We do not Juan. The longest cargo box we carry or that I even know of is the Thule Motion 3 Low Profile Rooftop Cargo Box item # TH47PN. It has an internal dimensions of 86-1/2" long x 30" wide x 11-11/16" tall. The outside dimensions of the box are 91-11/16" long x 36-3/16" wide x 14-1/2" tall.
The best solution I have for your 10' long surfboard is the Inno Board Locker Surfboard Carrier item # INA744. This carrier attaches to crossbars up to 3-1/2" wide x 1-1/8" tall that are spread out at least 29". It fits boards up to 23-1/2" wide. This carrier has built in locks that will secure not only your surf board but the carrier to your crossbars as well.
Please note that if your crossbars are over 2" tall you'll also need the Tall Crossbar Adapter Kit item # INISF711.
