Hello Craig, thanks for reaching out. To remove the drawers from the UWS # UWS01620 toolbox, open the drawer all the way and look for the release tabs on both drawer slides, near the back of the runners. Press or squeeze the release on both sides at the same time, then pull the drawer straight out while keeping it level. Do not force it or twist it sideways, and make sure both slides are fully released. Once the tabs are disengaged, the drawer will slide out completely.
