Hello Will, great question. To mount the Rhino Rack Kayak Wall Hanger # RRRWHL to a concrete wall, you will need concrete-rated fasteners since the included hardware is intended for wood. A good option is 1/4" concrete anchors (sleeve anchors or Tapcon concrete screws) that are about 2-1/4" to 3" long, along with matching flat washers.
Install the anchors into solid concrete rather than mortar joints using a hammer drill and the correct masonry bit.
