Hey Scott. Since you have a tri-fold tonneau cover on your 2021 Ford F-250, there's only one possible option to mount a ladder rack that allows you to open the cover. It's the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack item # A4000958 for an 8' bed or item # A4000952 for a 6-3/4' bed. These ladder racks attach to your stake pockets and have vertical uprights that won't block your tri-fold cover from opening and folding back.

Please note that the stake pockets on top of your F-250's bed rails have to be open for this ladder rack to work. If your cover blocks the stake pockets, I do not have any options for you.

The Adarac item # A4000958 8' bed or item # A4000952 6-3/4' bed have a 500 lbs capacity and come with 66" long x 1-1/2" wide square bars for mounting tools or accessories.

If your F-250 has the 8' bed we also have this ladder rack in black item # A33EG.

Are you able to access the stake pockets on the top of the bed rails or does your Extang cover block them?

@ScottM That's a bummer. Unfortunately, Extang's trifold covers don't come with t-slot rails either so there's no way to add a ladder rack without removing your tonneau cover completely. What were you planning on using the ladder rack for?
