My New 2025 Sierra 2500 Drops 2 Inches In Back When Towing. Is This Normal?

Question:
My trailer sits level, but my 2025 Sierra 2500 doesn’t. The rear drops 2–3 inches and it just feels unbalanced while towing. Any suggestions? surprised on a new truck. is this common?

Brian, that’s a textbook scenario where the trailer is weighing down the factory suspension, and yes it's common even on a brand new truck. The Firestone Air Bag Suspension Upgrade for your 2025 GMC Sierra 2500 # F64XV lets you tune the rear suspension until the truck and trailer are level and working together as one solid unit.
Restoring the rear ride height improves braking, stability, and even headlight aim. And because it’s a single-path system, both bags inflate evenly and you don't have to do each side independently. The compressor is wireless and is controlled via an app on your phone. The kit comes with everything you'll need for a no-drill and no-mod installation!
How heavy is your trailer fully loaded?
