Is There An Air Bag Suspension Upgrade With Wireless Air Compressor For 2025 Tundra SR5 2WD?

Updated 12/15/2025 | Published 12/08/2025

Question:

Does this wireless Ride-Rite kit fit the 2025 Tundra 2WD SR5? I’ve only seen videos for the 4WD versions. thanks :)

Absolutely, Melissa! The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Suspension Kit # F59XV fits both 2WD and 4WD 2025 Tundra models with no changes to the mounting process. Firestone uses frame-mounted brackets that are identical between drivetrains, so the install is the same either way.

The only limitation is Toyota’s factory air suspension - but the SR5 trims don’t normally come with that as far as I can tell, so you should be in the clear. It doesn't hurt to double check though!

Do you tow a camper or haul bed cargo? I can help you plan out PSI settings.

Thanks Andrew! I mostly tow a little camper and haul kayaks. Does the system ride rough when the truck is empty?

@Melissa Nope! It won’t ride rough at all when empty. Just drop the Firestone bags down to the 5 PSI minimum, and your Tundra will ride at stock height and comfort. Where people get a harsh ride is if they leave a lot of air in the bags when they’re not towing. Keep it at 5 PSI when not towing and it stays comfortable.
