What kind of maintenance is required for this snow plow?

Hey Tom, great question! General maintenance for the Meyer WingMan # ME55FR requires white lithium grease on the pins, grease on the cylinders once a year, and then inspection on the bolts, cutting edge, lights, and hydraulic connections.
There is also pre-season and post-season maintenance which includes checking and maintaining the hydraulic fluid. I attached some pictures below, along with the instructions further down on this page. The instructions include all of the maintenance information.
