Hi Jay; are you asking if the Buyers Products 15 Ton Swivel Type Pintle Hook # 337BP100A can be mounted to a horizontal plate so the pintle hook is facing up or down? The pintle hook should be horizontal which would be mounted on a vertical plate. You can use any size mounting plate as long as it has the capacity you need. I attached the dimensional drawing below for your reference.

Nope, not quite. The mounting plate with the six holes. Can that flange be mounted vertically or horizontally? In your diagram, it shows them horizontally. I would like to mount them vertically, lacking the width on my machine.
