What are the best shocks you recommend for a 2017 E450 Sunset motorhome

Hey Ron, welcome back! We do not carry shocks. The options we do have to enhance your existing suspension are going to be new coil springs for the front end like the SuperCoils Custom Suspension Coils item # SSC-31.
For the rear of your Sunset motorhome, I recommend the SumoSprings Maxim Custom Helper Springs item # SSR-106-47-1. These are going to mount on top of your leaf springs and help reduce sway and body roll. They will also prop up your rear springs and limit squatting.
How are the sway bars and the steering stabilizer you purchased a couple months ago working?
