Hey Tom, thanks for reaching out!

Since the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains # TC4811CAM are designed for a dually truck they will be up to help out with heavy loads, yes.

What tire size do you have on your F-450? These chains fit the following sizes which we don't have listed as common for your truck:

235/60-16
235/65-17
28x8.5-15

Thank you Jon for your reply. Sorry it took me so long to reply. My snow tire size on my 2011 F450 Dually is 245/75/R17. Would you guys have tire chains to fit my truck. And if so I would like to purchase a set. Thank you have a great day.

@TomC Jon's out so I'm here to help! If you have 245/75/R17 tires then you would want to get part # TC4831CAM. These chains do have built in cam tighteners to help with tension. Depending on how rough the road is they sometimes can slip out so as a back up we always recommend getting some rubber chain adjustors like part # TCMA3.
