Is there any maintenance difference between the ME43FR and ME63FR besides cleaning the frame?

Dennis, the maintenance steps are identical - rinse, dry, grease bearings, and keep 20–25 PSI in the tires. The only difference is that stainless version # ME63FR will resist corrosion better so you may not need to touch it up with paint in the future, whereas the # ME43FR may require touch up paint to continue protecting the metal from corrosion over the years.

You’ll still want to oil the axle and impeller bearings and occasionally remove the gear cover to check mesh alignment. If the gears ever feel tight, Meyer says to loosen the axle collar, press gears together gently, then retighten so they spin smooth.

Do you tend to store it loaded or empty between storms? Keeping it empty helps both models last way longer.
