Do they or you offer a additional base mount so a person can relocate the T.V. outside when parked and set up.

Hey Greg. There is not a separate base available for the MORryde Snap In RV TV Wall Mount item # MR75ZR. You would need to buy two complete tv mounts to have an additional setup outside.
