Question:
I detail my own SUV at home. Are the included pads good enough to apply polish and wax, or should I buy separate ones?

Expert Reply:
Diane, the detailing kit # PT39NJ includes two hook-and-loop pads that are great for applying polish and wax. They attach to the included backer pad, which snaps right into your drill. For standard car detailing on your personal vehicles, these will absolutely do the job.
If you don't have product to put on the pad yet, you can pair them with something like Griot’s Complete Compound # 349B110P for correction, then finish with their Liquid Gloss Poly Wax # 34911013 for shine and protection.
Do you usually wax by hand, or is this your first time trying a power-assisted setup?
