Question:
I’ve got a setup with 24V wiring for the lighting. Will either the gray or black version of this M3 light handle that voltage, or do I need a reducer? I'm doing this off grid

Greg, you’re all set. Both the gray # M388FR and black # M378FR are designed to run on 12V or 24V DC without any extra converters. That makes them a flexible choice for RVs, trailers, or even truck-based rigs that run 24V instead.
Are you running other accessories on that trailer? Luckily these don't draw much amperage at all, so you'll be fine off-grid as long as other accessories/appliances don't pull your battery bank down too much.
If they do, you can always use a portable solar kit like etrailer Portable Solar Panel with PWM Solar Charge Controller - 100 Watt # e28VV.
