Question:

I recently purchased A86RR Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Aluminum - Matte Black - 500 lbs from etrailer.com. Can you tell me if its possible to buy just the shorter legs for this rack. There are times when I would rather have shorter legs. It appears you sell a product that is similar to the A86RR from Adarac that has short legs. Thanks, bob

Hey Bob! You can add the shorter legs to your Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A86RR. What you need is the Replacement Black Upright for Adarac M-Series Ladder Racks # A34FR29UD. This is a single upright so you will have to order a quantity of four. The M-Series legs and Pro Series fit the same track and crossbars so the uprights are the only additional part you will need to swap out.

What do you plan on using the rack for?

Hey Robin, Thanks for the answer and the link to the replacement parts. I haul a variety of things with my F-150 -- building materials, kayaks, etc. Unfortunately, my plan to use the shorter uprights wasn't thought through too well. I've realized that switching the uprights might not be very convenient. So, I'm going to stick with the longer uprights for now.
