The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e83ZR and Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56040 are definitely fits for your 2025 Subaru Forester Touring edition.
I see you also grabbed the Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat # 18144, which will make mounting the wiring harness easier. I would have also recommended the No-Drill Mount Bracket, Long # 18136, but it isn't 100% needed or anything like that. I just like it. : )
