Question:
On my 2020 Ram 3500, clearance lights stay on and there is constant power to the brown wire of the 7 point trailer connection. These both started to happen at the same time.

Hello Sergio. Constant power on the brown wire is an indication of a short. The brown wire or running light wire is likely shorted to a hot wire which is why the running lights are always on. I suggest you fully inspect your wiring and look for any damaged, cracked or frayed wires that could be causing a short. Then repair and replace as needed.
The only other thing I could think of it you might have accidentally turned the head lights to on instead of auto. So please check and make sure that is not the case.
