Hey Luke, the issue is the foot kit you have INTR is not a fit for your 2019 Lexus GX 460. What does the roof of your vehicle look like? Does it have raised bars that run front to back?

It has the raised rail. Your website still has the TR152 listed as an accessory to the INTR as being compatible for the 2019 GX460.

@LukeG That fit kit was designed for different version of the vehicle roof. Inno doesn't have any roof rack fits for the raised rails of your vehicle so you'd need a different rack like the Yakima part # Y62GD which does fit and would work great.

The TR152 IS THE RAIL adapter for the Lexus GX. The problem is the combination of the two which does not provide enough vertical clearance for the rectangular cross bars which does not allow the keyed cover to be installed. Yes, the video is not by etrailer because the parts that were sent to me DOES NOT FIT. I have forwarded the same photos to Inno to get feedback from them since etrailer certainly does not know of this problem. Check your website, the INTR and TR152 parts are still listed as being compatible with the GX460 and BTW, the roof rail on that car does not come any other way.

@LukeG I just checked and on our site the # INTR is not a confirmed fit for your GX460 but we do have a similar Inno rack but it's for the flush rail versions of the vehicle and not raised rails like you said you had. The complete Inno square bar roof rack we have that fits flush bar versions of your vehicle is the part # IN99XR which uses the IN-XP feet instead.
