Ladder Rack For A 2024 Toyota Tacoma With An OEM Tonneau Cover

Question:
I have a 24 Tacoma limited with OE hard folding tonneau cover. Looking for recommendations on an aluminum bed rack. Not needing anything heavy duty. Recreational use only. Thanks Andrew

Hey Andrew,
The ladder rack we have for that 24' Tacoma that is compatible with a tonneau cover is the Yakima OverHaul # Y01151-5755. The tonneau covers it is compatible however, do not mention the OEM Toyota covers. Looking at the cover you have I am not sure it is ladder rack compatible with how it sits on the truck bed. I would recommend reaching out to Toyota to see if it is compatible or not with a ladder rack.
Most ladder racks install where your cover sits, the OEM cover does not have tracks for adapters to slide into either. Let me know what Toyota says, or if they give a model number to the type of cover it is.
