We do not have a custom fit front hitch for your 2019 Chevrolet Express. We do however have the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver - Weld On - Class V - 2" # 41990-16 which you could have a shop custom weld on for you.
What were you looking to use the hitch for?
