Hello Joseph, yes you definitely can! The Genesis Revive reps were here last week and said you can apply any of their vinyl kits (walls, ceilings, cabinets) over the existing finish or vinyl material. For the wall kits, you need to lightly scuff/sand with 220 grit, but the ceiling kits don't require anything other than a quick cleaning and wipe down. Be sure not to use citrus cleaner as that can ruin the adhesive on a lot of RV adhesives, such as these kits.
What model Forest River do you have? You may need the larger kit depending on your layout:
-100' by 2' Roll - Arctic White # GR45FR (200 square feet)
-100' by 4' Roll - Arctic White # GR76RR (400 square feet)
-100' by 2' Roll - Pebbled White # GR65FR (200 square feet)
-100' by 4' Roll - Pebbled White # GR86RR (400 square feet)
