Hey there El, Thule says the Yepp 2 Mini Child Bike Seat - Front Mount - Handlebar Stem Mount #TH45JS requires the following:
Handlebar Stem Diameter between 20–28 mm
Stem Spacing of at least 21 mm is needed for proper installation.
You can see this on page 15 of the instructions linked below. I'd compare this to your fat bike to see if it will work. Feel free to let me know what bike you have and I can look into it further.
