Question:
Hello, I’m looking for assistance on being pointed towards to the correct item. I’m looking to get a solar panel that is able to maintain a 48v system . This system includes 8 x 6V, 370 amp-hr Batteries. Not necessarily looking for something that’s powerful enough to charge the unit from dead just need something that can maintain it once the batteries are charged from a 110 outlet.

Hey Jordan, does your battery bank output at 12 volts or are all of the accessories you run on the bank at 48 volts? My guess is that the bank is wired up so that it does put out 12 volts. Generally for keeping batteries topped of the 400 watt part # GP39MR would be a solid option but it really comes down to if your setup is 12 volt and how much your setup draws on the battery bank.

Hey Jordan, did you find out if your battery bank outputs at 12 volts or if your accessories run at 48 volts? I'm curious to know if the 400 watt solar panel option worked for maintaining your system, as it could help others in a similar situation.
