Question:
I would like to know if you sell hitches that go on the frame work and not the bumper for a 8289WS Rockwood fifth wheel 2014. Thanks Val

Good morning Val, yes we sure do. We have a few options that are universal and fit different frame widths as they are adjustable. I recommend going with Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs # 13703 which fits 22" to 72" frame width which is plenty for your 5th wheel travel trailer, and it has a drop of about 3" which should be enough to clear your factory bumper.
It can be bolted on or welded on depending on preference. I personally would just drill the holes in the RV frame and bolt it up myself, but that's just me :). I attached some install pics for you to check out. Let me know if this makes sense or if you need anything else!
