How to Get Replacement Arms for Roadmaster Base Plate Kit

Question:
We are in a predicament here in Florida. We have the Roadmaster tow system but realize that the arms that attach to the baseplate are not with us. Do you have them?

Hey Carmen, thanks for reaching out, although I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues.
The only way we can help you get replacement arms is with the Roadmaster Replacement Arms for Base Plate Kits # RM-ARMS. This is a form you'll have to fill out and send to Roadmaster, as all of their baseplate kits are made together so there aren't any "one size fits all" replacement arms, unfortunately.
If you're in more of an emergency situation, then I recommend reaching out to Roadmaster directly (1-800-669-9690) to see if they are able to help you out in that capacity.
