Why Would Running Lights of Tekonsha Trailer Wiring Harness for 2011 Nissan Murano Stop Working

Question:
I bought and installed the T-One 4-pin trailer wire harness in my 2011 Nissan Murano SL. Both blinkers amd break lights are working, but not the tail lights. Do you know why that would be?

Hey Chase, we see this pretty often when the pins on the trailer wiring connectors are seating fully. Try unplugging and replugging in all of the connections of the part # 118451 and also make sure the ground wire is connected to a clean metal surface and the problem should go away. Let me know if that works or not though.

Hey Chase, did reconnecting the plugs and checking the ground fix the tail light issue on your Murano’s trailer wiring? Your update could make it easier for the next person troubleshooting the same problem.
