I have a 2024 Ford Ranger Lariat and it has the headlight that move and has a adjuster on the rear of the truck leaf spring that adjust the headlights. Will this work with this setup

Hey Chad! Yes, the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F45VV will work with your 2024 Ford Ranger Lariat. Air bags like these are designed to keep you at stock ride height. Since you aren't actually changing the height of the vehicle it won't throw off the sensor. Also, they install over the axle so they won't be in the way of the adjuster on the leaf spring stack.
Are you planning to add these for towing? If you're going out on long trips I recommend adding an air compressor like the Air Lift WirelessONE # AL25980. This will allow you to adjust and maintain the air pressure from the cab of your truck no matter where you go. It comes with a remote and can also be controlled via the app on your phone.
