How Can Blue Ox Base Plate Connect to Roadmaster Tow Bar
Updated 03/18/2025 | Published 03/08/2025 >
Question:
I currently have a Chevy Spark toad with a Blue Ox base plate and a Blue Ox towing system on my current motorhome. I am thinking of buying another motorhome that has a Roadmaster Sterling All Terrain towing system. I would like to keep my current toad and tow it with the prospective motorhome. Is this feasible? If it is, what would I need?

Hey Manny, you should pretty easily be able to remove the Blue Ox tow bar from your current motorhome and use it with the new one? Or if you wanted to use the Sterling instead we have the adapter part # BX88151 that would allow it to connect to your Blue Ox base plate kit.

Thanks, Jameson C. We’ve decided not to buy that motorhome and keep our current one instead.
