Hey Isiah, there isn't a ton of differences between the Yakima SkyRise HD Tent for Roof Rack Crossbars # Y92QD and the Yakima SkyRise SL Tent for Roof Rack Crossbars # Y42QD.
The main differences are going to be size, the HD is a bit larger and heavier than the SL. The other big difference is the HD is designed to be used in any climate, whereas the SL is more designed for Spring, Summer, and Fall.
