As this kit is almost identical to the Reese 50084, would this not fit an 8foot bed as well? The Reese supports all bed sizes using the same mounting holes as the Curt, yet the Curt is supposedly for a 6.5foot bed only. Does Curt know it doesnt fit, or have they not been bothered to test it considering the scarcity of 8foot bed Tundras.
