That is a very specific recommendation you'd need to check with a Mercedes dealer over to get an official word on but It appears you need to use NLGI 2 which has a drop point of 510 degrees. We offer this grease in a 14 oz cartridge that fits standard grease guns like part # L30200.

Hey, were you able to get the temperature specs from your Mercedes dealer for greasing the joints on your CLK320? Knowing what they recommended could help others working on similar vehicles. Your update could point others in the right direction.
