The Westin Fey Diamondstep Rear Bumper with Custom Installation Kit # 20009-92230 that you referenced is designed to fit 1988-2000 Chevy and GMC C/K Series Pickup Trucks. Without knowing what vehicle you have it is really hard for me to say if this would work on your vehicle and if it would interfere with your bumper.
I spoke to my contact at Westin he didn't have any notes that said this hitch interfered with factory hitches.
