Hello Robert,
Yes, the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Rails and Universal Installation Kit - Slide Bar Jaw - 16K # C16116 will work for your 2015 Chevy Silverado with 8 foot bed (if you have the standard 6 3/4' bed then it would be recommended to get a slider hitch for turning clearance) with bed liner. The # C16116 comes with the universal mounting brackets so it actually works with any truck, so this one will require drilling into the frame of your 1500. If you wanted to spend a little more to cut down the install time I would go with the # C56WV as it is the same E16 hitch, only difference is that the # C56WV will come with the custom brackets for your 2015 Chevy Silverado so you will not need to drill into your trucks frame.
Either option will work with your bed liner and will get you on the road to making some awesome memories. Please let me know which one you decide to go with, and how the install went. I included a review video for the custom brackets for you to check out.

Hey Robert, how did things go with the Curt E16 hitch on your Silverado with the bed liner? Did you end up using the custom brackets or the universal kit for the install? Your update could make it easier for the next person setting up a similar truck.
