What are the size of the actual ports in the cooler itself, not the size of the adapter fittings that come with it?

Hello Kevin,

We are out of stock on the FLX500017 so I reached out to the manufacturer and they informed me that they discontinued all their engine coolers, so I am in the process of getting these taken off out site. My apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused you. The closest thing I have in the Derale brand is 15-3/4" wide x 11-1/2 " tall x 5" deep the Derale Electra-Cool Combo Engine and Transmission Cooler Assembly w/ Fan, -8 AN Inlets - 8 Pass # D15200. I attached an image so you can better see the measurements to see if it will work for your application. The dimensions for the -8 AN (Army-Navy) fittings:

- Thread Size: 3/4"-16 UNF (Unified National Fine thread)

- Outer Diameter (OD) of Tube Equivalent: 1/2 inch

- Hose Inner Diameter (ID): 0.44 inch (11.18 mm)

- Hose Outer Diameter (OD): 0.64 inch (16.26 mm)

If you still need the port measurements please let me know, I am not in the office today but am happy to get those measurements for you on Monday. What are you using this in? I might be able to find a better fit if I know what it is going in.
