Suspension Enhancement for a 2024 East to West Entrada 29500 Motorhome Towing a Car Hauler

Updated 01/11/2025 | Published 01/03/2025

Question:

I own a 2024 East to West Entrada 29500 motor home and I tow a 20ft Rice 7000lb open auto trailer with either my Equinox or RZR XP4-1000. Looking to stabilize the ride and reduce sag because I keep catching the jack post of the trailer at times when pulling in and out of entrance and exits. Currently ride quality isn’t an issue with or without the trailer and I’m only interested in rear suspension. What are your recommendations?

Hey Richard,

To give your motorhome some extra help I recommend going with the SuperSprings Custom Suspension Stabilizer and Sway Control Kit # SS94VR because it's maintenance-free and is only active when you need it. This is similar to the Timbren kit you were looking at, but the Timbrens have been known to make the ride quality a bit stiffer even unloaded.

The SuperSprings kit will give you the support you need without compromising your ride quality.

I will also add that if the angle of entrances and exists is the issue, then you might try going in and out at an angle whenever it's possible. I have to do that with my minivan sometimes even when I don't have anything in the hitch due to how low the back of my van sits.
