Can you please tell me the inside and outside diameter measurements of these replacement pads? I’m looking to replace my old Thule j-rack kayak pads. Thanks!

Hi Debbie; the outer diameter of the # Y83KV is approximately 1.48" and the inner diameter is approximately 1.04".
