IM MODIFYING A BIKE RACK AND NEED TO KNOW WHAT THE MEASUREMENT WHERE THE LONGEST HOOK ATTACHES TO TOP FRAME

I believe what you're needing to know is the overall height of the tallest hook on the Replacement Wheel Tray Support Bar and Mast Assembly # 8880535, which I was able to confirm is 9-1/4" (see attached photo).

Thanks Jon, but I was actually asking the total height of the hooks and the hold down arms

@Brian When you say hold down arms are you talking about the upright bar that the hooks are connected to, or just the overall height of the short and tall hook pieces like what I have a photo of above?
